Congratulations to the boys golf team on winning the team title at the Corner Conference meet this past Tuesday. The Knights won by 26 strokes, earning the school's first conference championship in golf. Cooper Langfelt was the overall winner, and Owen Thornton placed 3rd.

FM Elementary will be holding our annual end-of-the-year field days for K-6. Parents are welcome to attend. To help with social distancing guidelines, students will stay on the track and football field, and parents are requested to watch from the bleachers and/or football hill area. Staff and students will mask-up according to the FM mask guidelines. Here are the details with dates and times.
Tuesday, May 25: K-3 Field Day, 12:45pm - 3:15pm
Wednesday, May 26: 4-6 Track Meet, 9:30am - 11:00am (girls running events; boys field events) AND 1:15pm - 2:45pm (boys running events; girls field events)

A lot has changed this year and traditions have been skipped but the May Day Tradition continued as FM kindergarten students delivered Covid friendly baskets to staff members. The kindergarteners seem to get faster every year!

Congratulations to former Fremont-Mills Superintendent Dr. Chris Herrick on being named the 2020 Administrator of the Year by the Iowa High School Athletic Director's Association! FM Principal and IHSADA past-president Jeremy Christiansen presented the award to Dr. Herrick.
