On Tuesday, April 18th at the 95th Iowa FFA Leadership Conference Lillian Howe will be the first Fremont-Mills FFA member in 40 years to walk across the stage and receive her Iowa FFA Degree.

Julia Cook, who has written over 140 problem-solving books for children, spoke to K-3 and 4-6 on subjects such as playing fair, taking turns, listening, using integrity and proper use of your cell phone and social media. Everyone learned a lot and hopes she comes back soon.
FM Elementary's Top 16 Book Battle is now going on. Students are trying to get all of the books read by the first vote on April 24. Officer Roberts helped out by reading a couple of the books to the fourth graders.
