National Honor Society (NHS) membership has been the true mark of student achievement for over 100 years, but it goes far beyond a report card. By empowering, championing, and recognizing well-rounded students, NHS provides schools with a values-based framework to elevate a culture of scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

Students in NHS participate in group and individual service projects every year. Our projects include serving at the Open Door Mission, wrapping presents for Operation Santa, Earth Day cleanup, and hosting the Veterans Day program. Students also participate in a variety of fundraisers and are responsible for completing and logging 100 service hours. Service hours may come from other clubs and organizations, but fifteen of those hours must be specifically through our NHS chapter.
